I am holding a airtell postpaid card for a long time and i had very bad experince from ur customer service centre gandhinagar. This center is good for nothing and i am bringing to notice to improve ur service better.
My sim card was suddenly stopped working and it got unregestred. I went to ur customer care centre at gandhinagar sector 16. I was told that my card is damaged and no more working and i have to buy new sim and for that i have to pay 150 rs. I was ready to but a new simcard. But sim card ws not avaialable in ur office. I was asked to come after two days. I went after two days but still they had no cards in stock and i was told to checxk in the evening. I again came in the evening and asked for new card but again it was not there. It was too urgent for me to get my cell started I asked them the adress of Bharti house Ahmedabad. And surprisingly i was given adress of THALTEJ area. After roaming in Ahmedabad i came to knwo taht Bharti house is at Ashram road. Some how i reached Ashram road office and asked them for a new card.
I really appreciate the service of Bharti house and staffs over there.staff asked me the resom for replacing a new card. I showed my card to staff over. She cheked my card and as per her my card was not damaged but my services had ben withdrown by Airtell it self as my bill was due. Though i had already paid my bill 4 days ago manually, I showed ur staff manual receipt and she immidiately resume my call servises and after one hour my card got stareteds working.
First thig i was given wring infornatione that my card was damaged. But actually it was not damaged.
Second i was given wrong iadress of bharti house
third i had to go to ahmedabad all the way from gandhingar though u have a centre at gandhinagar.
pls look into this matter
