I received a call from Airtel that they are giving a new postpaid connection. Their representatives came to my office and took the initial deposit from me but after that they have not activated my connection yet. It has been 10 days now. I call to the customer care, their office but these people do not respond. I do not understand one thing that how can the goverment be silent on these types of issues??? This type of activity is sheer shit. Anybody will call from a company and come take money from the consumer and get lost after that??? It is high time for the govrment to respond on this type of erroneous activities by the companies...
