Custome care Executives are disconnecting my call

My mobile number is 9179706570. I have bought a new sim of AIRTEL. All the other numbers of airtel are starting with 99 or 98 or 97, but my number is starting with 91 which is the ISD code of INDIA. My number is not supported by Yahoo messenger. When I "sign in to mobile device" then it tells, "We are unable to support the number you have provided". When I call the customer care then they disconnect the call or they do not receive it at all.

Please help me what to do.
