I had Been Looted By Airtel Prepaid for the last 2 months (Aug & Sept 08). my total of 80rs (25rs 25rs for sms chat service) and (30rs for hello tune monthly rent) had been deducted though i never subscribed for sms chat service and I got my hello tune deactivated 3 days before renewal. I made several complains but no positive response and now in fact my no is barred from making calls to customer care executive. Airtel is Pathetic Mobile Operator of This Country
