Dear Madam/ Sir,
In the second week of August i got an sms from airtel saying that if i sms '15' on some no (i don't remember the no) i would get 150 sms's free. Well i thought as it was independence day, there must be some offer so i sent sms on that no i got a sms immediately saying that i have been alloted 150 sms's for a month. After that recharged my no. and came to know that 10 Rs were deducted for some download, which while enquiring with their executive i came to know that that money was deducted for those sms subsribtion, but when i had received that sms nothing was mention regarding the charges. Anyways, i told the executive to unsubscribe me from the service, which he did online (as told by him).
Yesterday (22.08.08), i recharged my no (09892050383), and again found that my balance was less than expected, so i called their customer care no., their executive Mr Dinesh Bhalerao, spoke to me, he informed me that the money was deducted for voice chat service, which i was surprised that i haven't subscribe, when requested to cancel the service he did, but as i have not subscribed why should i pay for it? I was told that the money would not be refunded to me as this was someting related to the previous sms subscribtion which i had already unsubscribed.
Now Sir, when i have unsubscribed the previous thing how can they keep on charging me for that. Again their executive was so rude to me that he kept the phone while i was trying to ask him some other no, whom should i talk to.
This is very insulting to me.
Please help me to get my refund.
