Renewal of AFC

On 24 September, i receieved a message from 64611025 reading that You've been renewed for (Resubscription for AFC, text based services) subscription service on Airtel IVR. You've been charged Rs 25.

Without my permission, they renew this facility and charge me for the facility that i have no idea about. Please ensure that the complaint is looked in to.
