I have taken a duplicate sim for mobile number9871078587 on 19.09.2008 from Airtel Shoe Room, Sector-12, Noida (U.P). There is Mr. Sanjay Whose No is 9810307028, he promised that the new sim will be activate within 4 hours but till now that sim is not activate.
