Accoun balance made zero suddenly

I recharged my account (9901950432) for Rs. 110 last week and I also received Rs. 93 credited to my account. But suddenly two days back the entire amount credited is taken back.

When I called up the customer care, they say that no such deduction is shown in their server and the answer was not satisfactory.

Even the dealer in not ready to take the responsibility.
