UNABLE TO ACCESS GPRS ON MY CELL

I HAVE TOLD CUSTOMER CARE TO ACTIVATE GPRS ON MY NUMBER 9939102452 ON 29 SEPTEMBER.

BUT I CANT ACCESS ON MY CELL PHONE, EVEN IF THE SETTINGS HAVE BEEN SAVED.

CUSTOMER CARE HAVE TOLD THAT GPRS IS ACTIVATED BUT NO RESULTS. MY BALANCE ABOVE 300.

SO PLEASE DO SOME THING IMMEDIATLY.
