Despite my advance payment for 3 months of mobile internet connection, Airtel was not able to provide any GPRS coverage in my home. Telephone service was working without any problems. I called Airtel 121 every couple of days, and was told that the case would be fixed within 48-72 hours. After this procedure had continued for nearly 2 months with no result, I decided to cancel my connection and take the company to court for compensation claims over business loss and mental agony.
The behavior they displayed highlights the complete disregard Airtel has for their clients, despite friendliness and hundreds of apologetic phrases.
They have not reacted to my offers for an out-of-court settlement, so the case is still pending.
