I have been using my airtel mobile number-98490 17596 since the last five years, and have gone for a lifetime recharge 3 years ago, but from October 2, am unable to receive calls or call anyone. The reason is that, my sim is temporarily out of service as it has expired on October 2. How can Lifetime recharge holder have his activation terminated just like that without any intimation? I request that my services be activated immediately, without any further loss of time.
