Disconnection of Numbe

I bought a new connection from a airtel dealer. My number was on for 15 to 20 days and then it got disconnected. I had received a messaging from airtel that the address proof i submitted was invalid and I need to submit my proof again. I went to airtel showroom. There they told me to submit the proof at the same place where i bought the number. I immediately did the thing which was told me. Now its been more than 20 days that my number has not been activated. When I ask the dealer he gives me some reason. My number is 9791082018.

I called up the customer care finally and they tell me that address has not verified once again. This is bull shit because no one turned up to verify my address. I fought with the customer care to either send a person for verification or ask your people to call on my alternate number for verification. But they are not ready to help me. They tell me that the number cannot be activated again. I have given the number to many of my clients and I also have Rs.1000 of balance in it. How am I suppose to waste my money this way. I have 7 airtel connections and I have not faced any such problem on those number. I would like to convey to airtel that if my number is not activated then I am planning to shift all my 7 airtel numbers to someother service provider preferably voadafone.

If there is any airtel person seeing this complaint then I think you need to take necessary steps immediately.
