Customer service stopped from 20 days and SMS and Network problem

I m getting lot of problems from AIRTEL network. I cant make a call to aitel customer service [dialing 121] for taking help from 20 days.

I stay in goregaon, mumbai where Aitel mobile range comes only when i am on the road. When i am in home it always shows "Select network'" What this? [Is Airtel only 4 trafic police? ]

Also i cant send SMS from 1 month .[I have chacked message center no.]

I AM FACING HUGE NETWORK PROBLEM...
