i m Aruldurai.v from mumbai (bhandup)

i got a airtel sim on 05/10.it was activated after one day, for that i have phoned two, three times to airtel customer care after that only its activated. After activation, i faced lot of problems i cant do any incomimg calls & get any incoming calls, when anybody tried to my mobile ''THE NO U HAVE TRIED IS CURRENTLY SWITCHED OFF"it told like that.for that i phoned to airtel customercare they told me to switched off for half an hour and try .i do that one but, it was worked for one hour only after that als same problem contiued.pls resolve my problem as soon as possible
