SIM card issue

I bought new prepaid connection just 15 days back

My old SIM was activated so I didn't use it

I started to use it from last 2 days

from today morning I am facing network prob

when I call their customer care they are saying you need to replace the sim & for that you have to pay 100 Rs

Why should I pay 100 rs??

the prob is from their side

what should I do now??
