Egarding very bad service, particularly GPRS and customer care

I am a prepaid customer of Airtel Bihar, using GPRS facility in lieu of Rs 250 monthly deduction.

The network is really bad. Particularly GPRS speed is exremely slow. They deduct Rs.250 on exact dates, but cant provide service properly. I feel realy cheated while using the GPRS service.

Their CUSTOMER CARE SERVICE is too bad, You can never talk to their executive as the "NETWORK IS ALWAYS BUSY". They should close 121 service.

Its not only my personal problem, but with the whole region.

If this continues, I will be forced to switch my service provider, as in this competitive environment other providers will certainly provide some better option.

I am really fed up with their service.

Hope any senior level manager take notice of my problem, else I am sorry to say that you are certainly going to lose a lot, as single single drops make ocean.
