Dear sir,

i am customer of company .i was active connection on 20 th july in 'bandal offer sim' . dealer inform me that every month i got RS 50 AIRTEL TO AIRTEL FREE AND 1 YEAR VALIDITY .IT WAS ALSO CONFIRM BY CUSMOTER CARE EXCUTIVE .ON 1 ST AUG WHEN AMOUNT WAS CREDITED I WAS TALK BY CUSTOMER EXCUTIVE HE TOLD THAT IT TIME 2-3 DAYS. BUT ON 7TH AUGUST I GOT ONLY RS 25 I WAS TALK WITHSTO CUSTOMER CARE EXCUTIVE SHE TOLD THAT IT CREDIT ON 1 AUGUST AND BALANCE AMOUNT RS WAS USED . I WAS SHOCKED A RAPOTED COMPANY CUSTOMER EXCUTETIVE TELLING LIE .SINOPR SUPERVISOR (sriddhath) TOLD THAT PLAN WAS CHANGED, BUT WHEN REPORTED HIM CUSTOMER CARE EXCUTIVE INFORM THAT RS 50CREDITED ON 1AUG HE PROMISE ME THAT WITH IN SEVEN DAYS HE TAKE ACTION AGAINST ALL CUSTOMER CARE EXCUTIVE .BUT I HOPE YOU TAKE ACTION BALANCE RS 25 CREDITED IN MY ACCOUNTS AS SOON AS POSSIBLE I WAS WAIT FOR YOUR HAND POSITIVE REPLY.
