I made a complaint that i want to deactivate my mca facility in march but till date i.e 13 oct

i repeatedly make complaints every month to deactivate but 12th of evry mth they send me a message that they had renewed this service and deducted money from my account, i even visited one of the relation center in chembur but it was of no use and on the 11th october i called ur customer care number the person named parshuram was on the line at first he apologised and told me not to worry but at last before i could tell him something else he just hung up WHAT A POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THIS
