By mistake paid bill twice but amount credited one time only

Dear Sir,

My cell no is 9998116999. I have paid my bill twice trhough Mchek service for the month of June on 13/07 & 14/07 of rs.350.85/- ... Latte i came to know that both the times the amunt was deducted from my account but in my airtel balance credit was given once only... from then i.e 14/07 to till date I am making follow up with the customer care dept but they are not giving me the credit in my airtel balance.. I have talked with supervisors of the customer care but they are also nt solving and I have put several mails also but there is nosolution and... I have submitted all my documents to them including account statements...

Pls look into the matter and solve the issue asap
