Sir, This is regarding the ineffecient service of Airtel. I am an Airtel customer since 2005 with postpaid no. 919810453219. In this connection I would like to inform you that as per my bill plan (i.e. Rs 999/- for two years) which has already been expired on 25.09.2008. On 9th July I had informed your customer care that after completed my plan period from 26.09.2008 onwards, I want to change my bill plan with same no. from post paid to prepaid effective 26.09. But you have billed againt bill # 824115193 my account Rs. 999/- one time charges for three years without informed me. I have also requested cutomer care through your service request no.18632541 dt. 06.10.2008 and 18732576 dt. 10.10.2008.
Inspite of above, I had contacted customer care last 15 days but the problem is still same, if further i don't receive any clarification i will be compelled to go to consumer court. Is this the way the customers are satisfied!!
