I am a subscriber of Airtel Mobile No- 09955433180. On 12 th Oct i made a request to make GPRS service available on my phone to the customer care. I was told that this facility will be available to your phone shortly. But this facility is still not active on my phone and after many reminders it is still not active. Now i have been debarred from accessing the support of customer care. The balance of my phone is Rs. 392.43 but why this facility is not being provided to me, nobody is there to tell me.
