We have corporate connection for all our employees and we had made the payment on 10th october at the Jayanagar outlet and they have not posted the payment and we are getting continuously we are getting harrased calls and messages from the Airtel. we have even given complaint and produced the documents pertaining to the payment to customer service and to the nodal officer. they had promised the issue will be sorted out even today on 21st october also we got annoying messages from Airtel and they have given the amount raised everyday
please someone take care of this issue or we should refer to the customer greivience.
