I ordered broadband on the 191/10, issued a cheque of 1600 (2months subscription) but still dont have my connection.
It takes only 3 days for the setup, i have nt heard back from anyone and to top it all the cheque issued got cleared.
The customer care guys shuffled me from one department to other
n i m still waitin at the mercy of airtel to give me my connection.
As a consumer is this all i can do?
