I converted my post paid connection to prepaid on 09/11 at customer care centre the executive lady taken 46/-rs for recharge but till date no recharge from airtel. i made call to cutomer care centre on 11/11 but they did not solve my problem and asked to visit customer care centre.i am unable to drive why i go cus. care cent. again for mistake of airtel. please help me.
