Deduction of subscription fee despite informing to not to renew

Dear Sir,

Once long back, I registered myself for using english learning trips at my cellphone No.9717687150 for 10 days @ Rs.10/- subscrition. Since than, my suscription is deducted though I have already sent many massages through cell phone at No. 543212 to not to deduct the subscrition in future. But no avail.

I once again request that my name from the list of subscription maybe deleted. Otherwise I have no option but to take the matter with regulatory Authorities.
