Regarding Recharge & My Numge

Dear Sir/Madams,

I complaints so many times in customer care 121, but on one can respond porperly. Always says your problem can be solve within 24 hrs.

While dailing the any BSNL landline No. to my number always says Please check your number you have dailed. Second complaints regarding my topup. In last two three days i cannot recharge my number through etop or through topup.
