I had registerd a complaint to airtel that Rs 198 is deducted from my prepaid mobile no 9896032085 with message thanks for down loading brain train game & cricket triseries my mobile was locked in my caron dt15.11.09i got a call from airtel executive named jaspreet singh saying that we are going to return Rs 30 back to you then iasked that Rs 198 is deducted from my balance he disconnected the phone
today on dt 16.11.09 Mr mohsin khan called me and said he had checked my a/c and no amount is deducted from my no . sir please look into the matter &refund my balance back
