On 7th March I received a message on my mobile that VAS package is activated on my mobile and Rs 99/- has been deducted from my account. But I did not subscribed for that. Moreover I do not even know what for this package is. When I talked to customer care executive Ms Pooja, she said this because of some technical mistake and will rectify this within 24 hr. Now, when I try to talk to customer care executive everytime they disconnect my call. I sent so many e-mails at [email protected] but everytime I get recorded messaage taht within 72 hrs we will rectify it but nothing happens till now.
