RESPECTED SIR,

I AM ANKUR RATHORE MY NO. 9755800976. I HAVE SEND MESSAGE TO ACTIVATE INTERNET MOA TO 52818 ON 8TH JULY THEN GPRS IS ACTIVATED. THEN WAS ASKED TO SEND ANOTHER SMS MO TO 2567 TO GET CONNECTION (SETTINGS) I HAVEN'T GOT ANY SETTING TILL NOW. I CONSULT TO CUSTOMER CARE MANY TIME FOR THE CONNECTION THEY ALWAY SAID ME WE HAVE SENT YOU SETTING BUT I HAVEN'T GOT TILL NOW.THEN AGAIN I TALK TO CUSTOMER CARE THEN THE EXCUTIVE SAYS THAT U GO TO NEAREST AIRTEL OFFICE FOR MANUAL SETTINGS BUT NO RESPONSE GOT FROM THEM.

I HAVE ALSO TRIED TO TAKE INFORMATION FROM UR NO.12121 BUT NO RESPONSE GOT FOR THEM FINELY I FILED A COMPLAINT (NO. 689025681) NO RESPONSE GOT TILL.

SIR ITS A REQUEST TO U THAT PLEASE SEND STEP BY STEP METHOD HOW TO CONNECT TO INTERNET IN PC MANUALLY IN THE E-MAIL ID [email protected] MY HANDSET IS NOKIA 6630.
