Hi there,
This is in regards to my online mobile bill.
Since last month, online bill is not getting updated on time. Every month, i need to call customer care and made a request to update it.
Do i need to call customer care every month to made a request to update bill?
Is it my headache?
May i know the reason of such issue?
Today just few minutes back i made a request again at customer care.
Please do not provide me any answer such as Technical Issue.
