Sub :-My Airteldigitaltv Customer ID 3000530466, STB ID 32768064605 under "Super Value Pac"
I deposited Rs.2600 in cash on 25.03.2008 for the above connection, which was initiated on 28.03.2009. The deposited amount is valid for one full year. But, after 3 months, I received one SMS stating negative balance and asked to deposit @Rs.11 for "ZeeBangla" channel, which was included in the Pac free for first 3 months only. Now, as per their demand I recharged Rs.50 on Jun. But, they withdrew the channel from today. I want to restore the channel "ZeeBangla" immediately.
