HI All,
I called up Airtel tollfree customer care and spoke amost 1 hr without resolution and finally they advised me you have to send email for your query as they dont have authority to do so as my account automatically cancelled.
I mailed on 11th Oct but till date no one bothred to call me or reply my mails..
Pls advice me how to take this to consumer court..

Hi,
I had booked Airtel DTH in the month of April for 2600 Rs (Yarly pack)
. The booking was done through your sales call center and followed
for booking till payments done.
After i received kit with three vouchers i booked instalation but no
one turned up and never bothred to call up and informed as well. Then
i follwed up and agin booked the installation this time again i had to
do follow up instalation guy but by that time my building rennovation
work started and we could not do installation.
After this no one did bother to check wether customer is facing any
problem? why the istallation is not done? and istallation guy update
system saying " customer wante to cancell the services" and your
system deactivated my account with cust ID - 3000705851. I dont
understand how come you cancel customer ID even he paid for the
services and did registration with the process mentioned.
In the mean time i called up call center no but never got
through... Whenever i spoke with the call center they infomred me they
can not help as my account is cancelled and they can not send even
send a mail to concern authorities and they are helpless. i have to
book it again with payment fees.
why is the customer service call center is there if they can not help
customers and give resolutions and they dont have propoer information
as well.. They bluff saying we dont have your updates, your account
expired, go to the distributor and mail it to Airtel or senior
authorities.. Why is the system so complecated?? Customer shlould get
all resolutions at single point and not to go everywher asking help
and clarification.

Pls help me to activate the services and get the DTh started else i
