Sir,
i have ordered 4 a dth tv on 10th jan at asif home appliances for the installation. but it was installed on 29th jan by one of the person of afis appliances. after 2 days the system was closed saying to recharge. i have purchased the dth in the offer mode wherein I am supoose to get 5 months mega plus subscription free. then some how after 5 complaints the problem was resolved for 8 days after that again service was suspended & upon enquiry nothing happened. the service was again resumed for 5 days & like wise from january to march i have hardly seen any day that problem was not there. after that from airtel office i got the address of lakshmi electronics i requested them & from april i started getting good picture. the person told that the installation was incorectly done & the recharge to the coupon was done in the faulty manner & hence the problem arose.
Now tell my fault? in calling at ur number i have wasted my funds of 550/- since iam new to the location & through mobile i had to incurred heavy charges?
1) THE FAULT WAS WITH AIRTEL CO. FOR NOT FEEDING THE COUPON/CARD PROPERLY 2) INSTALLATION DONE THROUGH AFIS WAS TECHNICALLY WRONG.
