I applied for credit card, a mion no. started with no. 3993... Till date I have not received card. I request u to please return the application form in original alongwith the enclosures, I had submitted alongwith the application.

Mr Ravinder Singh Negi, Executive Sales (Cr Card) visited me and then never ever responded back.
