I am Davinder singh sabarwal (9425386213). Last day I was the install the air tel digital TV . 2 day I have find this TV are very mental pain for me. Till morning to this time 13.30 p.m I was call to customer call center but they are not replay me properly. I have buy a recharge rs.50/- & recharge to set box.
1. My mob. No. 94258386213 are register on this digital TV foams (attach. a photo below) so I was call to call center they are say sorry BSNL mob. Not allowed so that I have recharge to my other air tel mob.9755986924 send to. Sms 54325 >PAY 5151742334967181 CUSTOMER ID.3001306033 send the massage for 2 time.
2. After some time I have got the sms (9755986924) dear customer, the customer id entered is incorrect .please check & resend 10digit customer id to 54325 Eg. pay ……………? After I call the call center 18001028080 to (My bsnl no.0731-2412494) call center replay me:- your customer id are in correct please contact to you dealer after I call to my dealer Muskan collection mob. No.9826998873 they are not given me replay he was say I will talk to company & wet for 24 hour. I was say please cut this set box that time it come in my house loot of problem. it is very mental pain in my life of last 3 hour. that is not a entertainment, it is very mental pain in aware.
3. some time after I have received a call for this mob. No. 9826820272
she say a I have looking this mater .but she not leasing my problem.
Sir, I have request are please cut the set box & refund my money. If I have not received any replay so that I will go to consumer form.
