Delay in istallation

I got Airtel DTH connection along with Samsung LED TV on 23rd Oct. Since, that day I am running post to pillar to get installation done... My customer ID is 3005686889 . Based on the the advice given on helpline I recharged for Rs.750/- on 25th Oct. I was promised that installation will be done by 30th Oct latest. Till date, I continue to follow up with customer services (so called helpline where in after struggling to get some human being to talk takes 10 mts. & the many a times line get disconnected from their side). Later on, I was told to contact local dealers. On approaching them, they laughed at me & asked me to again complain on helpline.

Helpline guys (if, I am lucky to find one of those after trying the helping & waiting for several minutes

) again asked the same details (which is very irritating ) & again promise to lodge a complain.

I do not know this trauma will be over for me. This is my horrible experience with Airtel DTH.
