Dear Service Provider
On 1.06.2009 i buy your DTH service. On same day you employee come to my
home to set the DTH service. On setting time i ask him that picture is
not clear but they ask me that this problem is short-out after 12 hours
but till date the problem is remain same. Now a other problem start that
the face of every people seen in chaneel not shows clearly. The quality
of picture is very poor from very first day. After ensure by your people
i do the signature on the custumer relationship form. But till date the
problem remain same.
You are requested to please take a necessary action in this matter...
