I'll bring to your notice that AirTel DTH Customer service and complaint resolution is too worst. After recharging I couldn't view any channels. I got an error signal locked error code B001.But they are deducting money from my account. Since October 13 I'm facing this problem I called customer care more than 10 times. These are the request no's I raised. The interesting part is they will close the request no's without my knowledge and without any resolution :)

I'm ;located in Bommanahalli Area, Bangalore.
I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT TO GO FOR AIRTEL DTH. My intention here to right this is no one should not face such problems like this in future.
