I AM NOT IMPRESSED!!! I HAD ASKED FOR AN INSTALLATION ON THE 9TH Of September…..it is now the 02nd OF NOVEMBER AND I DO NOT HAVE A CONNECTION………IS THIS THE USUAL SERVICE???
