I purchase set top box of airtel digital tv from airtel company before one year

in time our set top box not working properly in this regard when i complain book airtel customer care no. 18001028080 he give me a complain no. 8641155 and 5564468 on 31 may and 1 june respectively.

but after 3 days laps no any engineer and no any call recd from airtel .pse take matter and give me suggestion in this regard
