As i am the customer of Airtel .. and i am using gprs service .. on 14 feb i was not able to use my service even paying charges .. and on 24 feb too i paid for one month gprs charges i paid full money .. but no response came .. each time when i call to customer care they just make FOOL to me asking for another 24 hour .. i have called them nearly 50 times .. but no action has been taken... i want some very strict action should be taken against Airtel...
