The GPRS services has been activated in my mobile on 09.07.09 and before activation of the same, around 4 times I had talked with Airtel customer care executives regarding GPRS billing plan and all the times they had confirmed me that I will have to pay Rs.249/- monthly and I will get unlimited browsing and downloading under this plan. Company may refer the record of the said conversations.

Now, I have received my monthly bill of Rs.3479.75 for the period 11.07.09 to 10.08.09 in which GPRS/ Value added services charge is Rs.2949.40.

I request to the company to check and provide me the correct bill.
