Dear Manager,
My GPRS is activated 2 days back and installed browser settings from a message got from Airtel and when i try to browse it says "Connection failure. Check your browser settings". When ever I try to call 121 and take to a customer service representative the call gets disconnected because of the pathetic signal of Airtel! Every day I am being deducted Rs. 15 for nothing! This is crap and hopeless!!
I AM FRUSTRATED WITH THIS AIRTEL SERVICE!! PLEASE RESOLVE THIS IMMEDIATELY!!
