I am using your Internet service through GPRS since 4 months. It was /is working good but since 1 st december i faced a problem of not being open the telnet port 6013.I am facing a lot of problem with this type of restriction. Since 1st dec i have complaint a lot on 121, SMS, Mail, etc.
Each time i faced the massage that your problem will be rectified with is 24 to 72 hours. but there is no any responce from the customer care yet. Even the customer care executive facility has been blocked on 121 and 9934099340 no of airtel so u cant chat even with the customer care.tou dont have any place to complain all this. Thanks if i get any reply after writing here... i dont know..
