I have activted GPRS in my perpaid conection GPRS service activeted but GPRS helpline excetive not responce so there i will not surfing in my somputer charges already deducted in my account but nobudy can help me.

i call 121-4-4-3 than said message 130 word your prod. solve 24 ours.

than why i should pls help me
