When camera get open few amount of paise get deducted from mobile prepaid balance

Sir,

I have purchased i phone from airtel last year in october after using camera of my mobile phone a little amount that is in 30 paise get deducted from my mobile prepaid balance.please take my comlpaint against airtel company, even customer care not supported me and they have close my customer care service for more than 1 week because i ask this question that why amount get deducted from my mobile by that reason they have stoped my customer care service.
