Harassment, monetary and social loss by Airtel

Hello,

I had a number, 9748488519 which was discontinued for my long stay in NY. I came back 4th of Jan and took the new one, 9748873498 on 5th of Jan and went to Chennai for one month with a heavy recharge.

Two times verification were successfully done (1st time:- 9831702042, Second time:- 9831049191) and they assured it to be continued uninterruptedly.

Till now I have submitted docs 3 times and went to kolkata salt lake city center Airtel shop uncountable times.

Now at 5:00 AM, Mar 03, this number is still not working.

I am an Airtel customer for last 8 years.

There is no hard and fast rule to stick at Airtel (but I have already updated this # in many places), I may port this # to Vodafone once it is activated but before I leave I just want to teach Airtel a very small business lesson that customers have brought it in this position and without customers, even not a single street d*g will stare at it.

Next time (last time) I am planning to go to this shop with a small gang for the final discussion.

Request you to take proper steps against this complaint so that other can get rid of this huge loss.
