I m holding a postpaid connection bearing no. 9791907998, 9791906607 & 9791906018 for which since i was not satisfied i had paid the outstanding due for the above no.s and returned the sim requesting cancellation. the airtel person reported that these connections were cancelled.
but for the past 2 months, but inspite of my repeated complints to the concerned departments, i am receiving bills for those 3 connections.
since i ve not used the connections which is very well reflected in your bills, i would like you to reverse those dues n cancel the connection
