Cancellation of GPRS

SIr,

I have several times sent a message to 121 to cancel my GPRS service, but withought any response from. For some reason I am not able to get connected to the internet and I want to cancel the service. To my surpirse I find that my bill was formed both for the calls as well as internet.

I would like to bring this to your notice and seek action.

After having sent the message from myside, I would refuse to pay the bill for my GPRS, henceforth.
