Misbehave by manager NIDHI KAPOOR

This is to bring to your kind knowledge that I puneet jain is an old customer of airtel using services of airtel for the past 10 years. I was using 011-42248057 at my residence. As i have shifted to a new location, i am unable to pay the outstanding. A manager NIDHI KAPOOR from airtel was foolowing up for payment. I was in touch continously but one fine day due to busy schedule i could not able to receive her call. She called up my board number and misbehaved with the staff member. She said " sirf chaar hazaar ke liye office ana band kar diya". Than she misbehaved with my sister in law. I have no problems with airtel but i am afraid if this is the kind of attitude of customer care that how would they survive.
